LOCAL FURNITURE/LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Exotiq Furniture & Homewares provides the best delivery service to its customers. We estimate all local delivery costs based on ground floor basis and we offer a premium service for upstairs and difficult installations at an additional cost.
Deliveries will be arranged at a time that suits our clients depending on your preference and availability of our delivery staff.
If deliveries are to be left at the door, we take no responsibility for missing goods.

- Shipping is based on weight and location

- Mirrors will incur a $30 packing/crating fee/Insurance is optional
- Shipping is only available in Australia
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where possible.
Shipping Information for Exotiq Furniture & Homewares
Dispatch Times:
- In-stock items are shipped within 3-7 business days from the order date
- Tracking information will be provided when available.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.
Shipping Details:
- Specific delivery dates cannot be requested; our shipping partners will inform you of the delivery schedule.
- Deliveries are made to the front/ground-floor or entrances only.
- Your delivery may arrive on pallets to ensure they reach you in best condition.
- Customers are responsible for disposing of all packaging materials, including pallets
-Damaged items- please report to us within 48hrs of receiving goods. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods for inspection.
-The purchaser/customer must bear all delivery costs incurred in the claims process
- It is the customer's responsibility to move items to their location inside their home.
- Please ensure that gates, doorways, staircases can accommodate your delivery before placing your order.

- In some instances, additional freight charges may apply, and our Customer Experience Team will contact you if necessary.
